Qld: Body found in burnt out car

A body has been found in the burnt-out wreck of a car on a road west of Brisbane.

Police say scientific officers are at the scene on the Brisbane Valley Road at Fernvale,
near Ipswich, following the discovery early today.

A spokeswoman says they don't yet know whether the body was that of a man or a woman.
